positive / negative folder
Out of curiosity, is this for a meeting? It seems very arbitrary to split up the drug's properties in this way.
Note from asker:
Hi! I can't really use "folder" since it's not really a term used in the field, but your suggestion of negative and positive got the idea rolling. |

Comment: ""List of positive/negative aspects". "Benefits and drawbacks" (and variations thereof) is too specific and does not quite fit into the sentence here since the items in parentheses are neither of these."

beneficial effects/undesirable effects or warnings
The phrase in French refers to lists of bad things in some area, as these links show. The white dossier has no such associations I can find. "Pros and cons" would be fine, except that we don't often really draw up two lists like that but just employ the phrase. "Indications" and "contraindications" would seem to do, except that the text puts them in lists itself.
Bottom line, a platelet inhibitor is a powerful and dangerous drug that can save lives in the right situation.

In effect I have done nothing other than to suggest headings that the other things can be placed under.

Note from asker:
Hi! Although this is exactly what the article is alluding to, it doesn't quite fit in the context of the sentence I've provided or the other sentences in which the terms appear. "Indications" and "associations" are not "benefits". But, your input certainly helped in how to approach translating it. Thanks! |

Drawbacks can include such things as cost, adverse effects, drug interactions, therapeutic window, taste, etc.

Thanks Jeff. "Pros and cons" was fine except perhaps that was a bit too informal.
