Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Medical Testing/Examination

This abbreviation appears in the General Information section of a medical report and is followed by a number (perhaps an account number?). The section also contains entries for name, date of birth, sex, etc.

Right alongside it an abbreviation appears "D.N.I." also with a number.
