agree Diana Arbiser : Sí, si es el "pelotero" propiamente dicho. Pero si se usa el término para referirse, por extensión, al lugar en donde se realizan los cumpleaños, etc (como dice Fedele en su explicación), me parece que sería "fun / play centre" (como propone neilmac)

Sé que "playground" es un término más general, pero los hay de todos tipos y para todos los gustos, incluso "playgrounds" virtuales.

No se me ocurre que haya una palabra específica para lo que tu describes y me suena precisamente como un "playground"
