In this case, I think acceleration rate is probably the way to go in this context. The achievement of maximum torque at relatively low speed is one of the benefits of turbo-charging. You get a "kick" at lower RPM than you would with a non-turbo engine.

Not sure about UK usage. Audi have Durchzugskraft down as pulling power, or engine output when not wanting to get your hands dirty as it were. Quote follows.
