Thank you all for your suggestions. I think this was difficult without the context of the entire document. This was not a government warehouse, but belongs to a logistics company. Nor was it a national/countrywide distribution center, as there could be more than one, and in any case there were also buffer warehouses in the mix. "Spanish warehouse" was perhaps the closest, but in the end I went for "domestic" to express the contrast between bonded warehouses and thus imports, and those with products that had either been produced domestically or had cleared customs. Perhaps not the best choice, but it was the best I could think of. Thanks again.

Location is Spain. This is a logistics company that handles storage and transport for other companies. The product here is booze. This is the only mention of "almacén nacional" in the text, and this section is on bonded warehouses.
