incomplete vacation

vacation entitlement for incomplete year of service

I was hoping to find an answer to this in Kudoz but Henry Hind's one above just appears to be a best guess, so I had to come up with my own (rather wordy) term. If anyone knows of a more common way to express it, please tell!

The Spanish term appears in Peruvian labor law, and refers to a partial entitlement to remuneration for vacations when the employee is terminated before completing the requisite full year of service that would ordinarily give full entitlement.
