As the Norwegian phrase would lose nothing of its meaning by replacing the contrived 'gjennomfakturering' with the simple 'fakturering' (via selskapet sentralt), there should be no reason to contrive an English expression to match.

: Nope. It has its separate meaning: "Gjennomfakturering samler strømfakturaene og gjør det lettere å holde oversikten over strømutgiftene." https://strøm.no/gjennomfakturering
