: How can you be so sure? Kelnerka is neither a Serbian nor a Croatian word, it is kelnerica or konobarica. Ketlerka must be something else.

This is a very, very wild guess. Many occupations in our country (and beyond) derive their names from German. Kettler in German is a chain maker. A female chain maker would be Kettlerin. Sometimes these words are inflexed according to the rules of our language (e.g. herihter, herihterka) and this could be the case here (ketler, ketlerka).
Apart from this, I have no other clue what could this be.

After some additional research, I found out that Kettlerin is an occupation in knitworking industry (especially hosiery), perhaps a toe seamer.
Apart from this, I have no other clue what could this be.
