I'm a copy editor and translator with a deep interest in making cross-cultural connections through translating, editing and teaching. I received my PhD from LMU Munich, Germany in 2009 and have lived in the U.S. for the last 13 years. I've worked in copy editing, non-fiction translation and editing of translations. Topics I'm particularly interested in are politics, political science, economics, finance, social sciences, philosophy, and education, but I also enjoy exploring complex topics that are entirely new to me. At this point in my career, I'm excited about building a larger translation portfolio!
