Source text - Russian Разработаны установки винтовых штанговых насосов с наземными приводами при одновременно-раздельной закачке рабочего агента и арматуры к ним. Проведены испытания арматур устьевых.
Для повышения эффективности эксплуатации скважин с трудноизвлекаемыми запасами нефти предлагается использовать закачку рабочего агента при одновременно-раздельной добыче установками винтовых штанговых насосов с наземными приводами (далее – УВШН с НП). В ходе реализации цикла проектов по повышению эффективности эксплуатации скважин с трудноизвлекаемыми запасами нефти разработано 4 варианта установок УВШН с НП при одновременно-раздельной закачке (далее – ОРЗ) рабочего агента.
В состав подземного оборудования установок №1 и №2 входят пакер для разобщения пластов, винтовой насос с колонной насосных штанг, две колонны короткая (КК) и длинная насосно-компрессорных труб для раздельной добычи жидкости из продуктивного пласта и закачки жидкости в пласт, параллельный двухканальный якорь для ограничения относительного перемещения КК и ДК. Наземная часть установок содержит приводную головку, устьевую арматуру, линию перекачки для добычи и линию перекачки для закачки. Приводная головка соединяется с полированным штоком, который соединяется с колонной насосных штанг. В установках при включении двигателя приводной головки вращается полированный шток и колонна насосных штанг. Жидкость продуктивного пласта поднимается до устья скважины насосом по КК (в установке № 1) и по ДК (в установке № 2), а в пласт через линию перекачки закачивается рабочий агент соответственно по ДК (в установке № 1) и по КК (в установке № 2).
В состав подземного оборудования установки №3 входит нижний и верхний пакер, винтовой насос с колонной насосных штанг, нагнетательная колонна труб с отверстиями, концентрично расположенная добывающая колонна труб, хвостовик. Жидкость нижнего пласта поднимается через хвостовик до устья скважины насосом по добывающей колонне труб, а в верхний пласт через линию перекачки для закачки по нагнетательной колонне труб через перфорационные отверстия закачивается рабочий агент. Установка № 4 по принципу работы аналогична установке № 3, но отличается от нее отсутствием нагнетательной колонны труб, верхнего пакера, клапана КЗ и узла уплотнения.
Для установок разработаны и изготовлены арматуры устьевые, проведены гидравлические испытания. Ведутся работы по получению сертификатов соответствия и разрешений Ростехнадзора на применение разработок.
Translation - English Screw pumping units with surface drive for dual injection operations and assemblies for them have been designed. Wellhead assemblies have been tested.
To increase the operation efficiency of wells with hard-to-recover oil reserves it is suggested to apply the injection of working agent along with a dual production by screw pumping units with surface drive (hereinafter – SPU with SD). In the course of implementation of series of projects for increasing operation efficiency of wells with hard-to-recover oil reserves, 4 versions of SPU with SD for dual injection of working agent were designed.
Makeup of underground equipment of units No.1 and No.2 consists of a packer for layers segregation, a screw pump together with a string of pump rods, short (SS) and long strings (LS) of wellbore tubings for selective recovery of the fluid from payout bed and injection of the fluid into formation, a parallel dual-channel anchor for limiting the relative movements of SS and LS. On-surface part of the units consists of a driving head, wellhead assembly, transfer lines for oil recovery and fluid injection. The string of pump rods is connected to the polished rod, which is connected to the driving head. Startup of the driving head motor starts rotation of the polished rod and the string of pump rods. Fluid of the payout bed is lifted by the pump to the wellhead through SS (in the unit No.1) and through LS (in the unit No.2), and working agent is injected into the layer via transfer line through LS (in the unit No.1) and through SS (in the unit No.2) respectively.
Makeup of underground equipment of the unit No.3 consists of a lower and upper packers, a screw pump with a string of pump rods, string of injection pipes with holes, concentrically installed production string, tail pipe. The fluid of the lower bed is lifted up by the pump through the tail pipe and production string to the wellhead; and the working agent is injected into the upper layer along the transfer line and then through the perforation holes of the string of injection pipes. The unit No.4 is similar to the unit No.3 as regards to the operation principle, but differs from it by absence of injection string, upper packer, injection valve and packing assembly.
Wellhead assemblies were designed and fabricated for the mentioned installations, and hydraulic tests were carried out. Works aimed at acquiring of Certificates of Conformance and Rostekhnadzor permissions for application of the developments are being carried out.
