How Neutrals Are Listed:
CCIS lists its mediators who meet objective criteria as defined by the Serbian Law on Mediation. Only those mediators, who are registered by the Ministry of Justice, may serve as mediators at CCIS. No additional objective accreditation standards were defined by the CCIS.
18 mediators are currently listed on the web page of CCIS however 10 of them will not meet legal criteria for renewal of 3-years registration because they can't certify that they performed
5 mediations during this period due to low demand for mediation. Capacities of CCIS in terms of listed neutrals will be therefore affected despite achieved training outcome of the Commercial Mediation Project in Serbia.
