Transit Satellite import error

Dear colleagues,
When I import a PXF file with term. I got the error message " term format error" , The language pairs can be opened normally , but I cannot see the terms, while I import the PXF on another PC, everything is OK and I saw the terms
Why my PC report " term format error"
Can anyone help?
