Poll: Do you use a footrest while you work?

If I did, my knees would touch the keyboard. It's not indicated for people with long legs like me.

For those who are happy with their setup, a photo would be nice.

But I suspect whether a footrest makes you comfortable or not also depends on what desk, what chair, what computers (Desktop or laptop) you use. It is only good if the whole system fits well together. That’s why a photo of the whole setup is important.
