• There are many different types of heart disease.
There are many types of heart disease that affect different parts of the organ and occur in different ways.
Congenital heart disease
This is a general term for some deformities of the heart that have been present since birth.
Arrhythmia
Arrhythmia is an irregular heartbeat.
There are several ways in which a heartbeat can lose its regular rhythm. These include:
• tachycardia, when the heart beats too fast
• bradycardia, when the heart beats too slowly
• premature ventricular contractions, or additional, abnormal beats
• fibrillation, when the heartbeat is irregular
Arrhythmias occur when the electrical impulses in the heart that coordinate the heartbeat do not work properly. These make the heart beat in a way it should not, whether that be too fast, too slowly, or too erratically.

اضطراب نظم القلب هو عدم انتظام بضربات القلب.
هناك طرق عديدة يفقد فيها نبض القلب نَظْمه الطبيعي. تشمل هذه الطرق:
• تسارُع نبضات القلب, حيث ينبض القلب بسرعة شديدة.
• تَباطُؤ نبضات القلب، حيث ينبض القلب ببطء شديد.
• الانقباضات البطينية السابقة لأوانها، أو الإضافية أو النبضات غير الطبيعية.
• الرجفان، حيث يكون نبض القلب غير منتظم.
تحدث اضطرابات نَظْم القلب عندما لا تعمل الدَفْعات الكهربائية التي تنظم ضربات القلب بشكل صحيح. مما يجعل القلب ينبض بطريقة غير طبيعية، سواء كانت سريعة أو بطيئة أو مشوشة.

متلازمة أليس في بلاد العجائب حالة مرضية حقيقية اكتشفها الطبيب البريطاني جون تود. يرى المريض بهذه الحالة الأشياء أكبر أو أصغر من حجمها الطبيعي أو أقرب أو أبعد.

ما هي أعراضها؟
الصداع النصفي.
رؤية الأشياء في غير حجمها الطبيعي.
التشويش الإدراكي أو رؤية الأشياء أقرب أو أبعد.
تشويش في الوقت أو تحرك الزمن بصورة بطيئة أو سريعة.
تشويش صوتي أو سماع الأصوات أعهلى أو أكثر انخفاضا.
ما هي أسباب هذه الحالة؟
لا توجد أسباب واضحة لهذه الحالة. لكن يرتبط الصداع النصفي ب 6 بالمئة من الحالات. وأكثر من نصف حالات متلاومة أليس فس بلاد العجائب تحدث دون سبب.

العلاج:

Alice in wonder land syndrome is a real case discovered by the British doctor John Tod. Patients see things bigger or smaller than they really are, nearer or farther.
What are its symptoms?
• Migraine.
• Size distortion, seeing things bigger or smaller than they really are.
• perceptual distortion, seeing things nearer or farther than they really are.
• Time distortion, time moves faster or slower.
• Sound distortion, every sound seems loud and intrusive.
What causes AWS?
There are no definite reasons for AWS, but both head trauma and migraine were tied to 6 percent of this case. More than half of AWS cases had no known cause.
Other possible causes include:
• Stress.
• cough medicine.
• use of hallucinogenic drugs.
• epilepsy.
• stroke.
• brain tumor.
Is there any treatment for AWS?
There is no treatment for AWS. The best way to handle the symptoms is to rest and let them pass. Treating the cause may help prevent an episode. If you have migraines, treating them may prevent future episodes.
