writers-at-risk Explanation: writers writing in sheltered areas: boroughs, towns, cities etc 's Across the EU and at the global level, there are far more shelter programmes for writers-at-risk' In the Swedish Immigration Authority (Migrationsverket) document this is translated as 'guest writers' . However, I do not think this is specific enough as any visiting writer can be a guest writer. Example sentence(s):
