Swedish term or phrase: Gick upp på nio till slut
"För den som älskar" by Shirley Clamp

För den som älskar
Lever hoppet alltid kvar
Trots huggen i mitt hjärta
Ska det läka där du skar

Jag borde kraschat totalt
Efter den mängd av förtret som jag svalt
Men jag reste mig
Gick upp på nio till slut
Du ville sköta det snyggt
Smög som en orm i den trädgård vi byggt
Men jag såg det klart
Så som jag sett det förut

By any chance, is "att gå upp på nio (till slut)" a proverb or saying in Swedish?
Googling this exact phrase does not match any entries at all, and the only thing that springs to mind is "I went up to nine in the end", meaning she'd used up her ninth life, like a cat, implying she'd been let down so many times, and this was the last time she would let it happen.

Any ideas?

English translation:got up at the count of nine in the end
Explanation:
I think this may be a reference to boxing - i.e. she manages to overcome the knockout she was dealt and rises up just before the count of ten.
