Wage/Salary earners Explanation: Revisiting this, your context reminds me of a company I did a translation for. Their service was to 'employ' individuals doing gigs -- like musicians, and their favorite word 'artists' -- and take care of the tax issues for these people. This way, the individuals didn't have to go through the tedious process of getting an F-tax certificate.
