klarera (i jämvikt) end up in balance Explanation: I think this is "klarera" as an alternative to "cleara", usually meaning the application of a clearing system between banks, when payments in and out affecting more than one bank were "clearade", i.e. counted against each other. In the example a wider meaning is implied, excess labour and excess demand for labour will in the end result in a balance between supply and demand. |
