L'ambito è sempre quello del ripristino dei dirtti dei brevetti. Il termine è inserito nella frase seguente: La solicitud de restablecimiento debe de ser presentada ante la OEPM por escrito, junto con la documentación del acto omitido". In questo caso "acto" va reso con atto oppure è meglio contratto? Io pensavo auna soluzione del genere: La richiesta di ripristino deve essere presentata alla OEPM in forma scritta, unitamente alla documentazione del contratto (oppure atto) non osservato.

Se poi in base al contesto hai invece la certezza (che io non posso avere) che si tratti di un contratto procedi pure nel modo da suggerito.
