L'ambito è quello dei brevetti. Il termine è inserito nella frase seguente: "Cuando el titular de la patente no hubiera podido respetar un plazo ante la OEPM, serà restablecido en sus derechos, si el incumplimieneto del plazo tiene como consecuencia directa la perdida de un derecho". Pensavo di lasciarlo proprio come termine; quindi la frase sarebbe così: Se il titolare di un brevetto non avesse potuto rispettare un termine dinanzi alla OEPM, verrà ripristinato nei suoi diritti, se l' inadempienza (è ok inadempienza o meglio inosservanza?) del termine ha come conseguenza diretta la perdita di un diritto".
