Explanation:
"los recortes" sono les fibre recuperate sotto e alla fine della macchina continua (cioè a partire della carta ma anche a partire del nastro umido di fibre) (riduzione di larghezza, rotture carta, ritagli della bobinatrice, bobine non vendabili, etc).
per me sono i rifili.
secondo me il senso di ritaglio è solo per la carta "fatta" e tagliata
