Salve,

sto traducendo il manuale di un applicativo destinato alla gestione di prodotti cosmetici e farmaceutici.
Ho capito più o meno cosa siano i "responsables", anche grazie ad alcuni documenti che si trovano in rete, ma non saprei come esprimerlo correttamente in italiano.
Riporto qui di seguito due frasi che contengono l'espressione:

Productos cosméticos, regulados por el Real Decreto 1599/1997 de 17 de octubre
sobre productos cosméticos modificado por los Reales Decretos 2131/2004 y
209/2005, tanto del Registro de Responsables (artículo 7) como de la información a
efectos de tratamiento medico (IETM) (articulo 8).

Esta opción de la aplicación informática: “Acceso Externo” “Productos” “Certificados”
permite que los responsables de comercialización incorporen datos sobre sus
productos desde su ordenador y datos sobre el contenido de los certificados a solicitar.
