Memoria de instalación

Spanish to English Social Sciences Social Science, Sociology, Ethics, etc.
Estoy traduciendo una página web y aparece un vínculo a una 'memoria de instalación', un documento (tipo revista, con imágenes, algunas cifras, informaciónsobre actividades que se realizaron) en el cual se plasma el trabajo de los primeros años de una unidad, es decir, de su instalación. El vínculo aparece como 'MEMORIA DE INSTALACIÓN 2015-2017'. Probé con 'ESTABLISHMENT REPORT 2015-2017', pero de acuerdo a un nativo de inglés, no le encuentra sentido. Desde ya, agradezco su ayuda.

'Company/Business Start-Up Report';
'Initial Activity Report' but I haven't found convincing results.

installation report? It’s not my field, but just wondering if you’ve looked into installation report to see if it fits your context? If you google installation report it does come up where electrics are concerned. It’s only a hunch. I don’t know if it fits your specific link.

A new business is known as a "start-up" (with or without the hyphen) = so the first few years in business could be termed the startup period.
Example sentence:
