Spanish term or phrase: responsable creativo
Es el personal de una agencia de publicidad y tiene a un "responsable creativo" y a una "directora creativa". Creative Director es muy claro, pero responsable?? Agent? Representative? Otras ideas?

Gracias! =)

Vice-President in Charge of Creative Development

Explanation:
A "creative executive" sounds like someone who puts imagination to good use in his work. But doesn't really sound like a job title in the English Language. Clearly the "responsable creativo" is higher in rank than the "directora creativa" and probably reports directly to the Director, CEO, or whatever the "big boss" in charge of everything is called at that particular agency.

There are 32 Yahoo hits for this string and, while uncommon, seems to be a more plausible job title than the other three choices offered thus far.

Suerte.

Much better:

Vice-President of Creative Development (43,000+ Yahoo hits and much less unwieldy)
