Spanish term or phrase: traumatismo craneoencefálico y toráxico
Hello, this is for a death certificate - it says ".... a consecuencia de traumatismo craneoencefálico y toráxico, por proyectiles de arma de fuego...."
I was wondering if it is too simple to say "as a result of a traumatic brain and chest injury" or is that too simple and I should use technical words like "cranioencephalic?" I see that it seems that the correct spelling is "torácico" but I am copying my original here.
Thank you!

traumatic brain and chest injury

Explanation:
Hola.

traumatic brain injury

traumatic brain injury: traumatismo craneoencefálico (→ injury, → head injury 2).

Saludos,
Mónica
