The following appears in a pathology report for a cystoprostatectomy specimen:
Uraco: un fragmento de tejido fibroadiposo de 10 x 4 x 1.6 cm. Eje fibrovascular sin lesiones. No observan nódulos. Se procesa en cortes representativos.

Can anyone help with the term "eje fibrovascular" as the literal translation as "fibrovascular axis" doesn't seem quite right in this context.
