Spanish term or phrase: Desposicionar
This term, which appears in a text about mobile phone customers that refers to customer positioning, seems to be newly-coined to me:

"No desposicionar clientes. Es mejor diluir nuestros ingresos que perder un cliente porque este desposicionado"

The text refers to positioning and repositioning, but "depositioning" does not seem right or to exist. Does it just mean their positioning has changed? Any ideas?

Unsettle

Explanation:
I say unsettle because you are taking the person out of a position, therefore creating a lack of "setting" for him/her
