Forensic/Crime scene photography/photograpic record Explanation: Forensic photography, also referred to as crime scene photography, is an activity that records the initial appearance of the crime scene and physical evidence, in order to provide a permanent record for the courts.[1] Crime scene photography differs from other variations of photography because crime scene photographers usually have a very specific purpose for capturing each image.[2] -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2020-11-25 04:42:48 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "photographic" of course |

Photographic inspection of the crime scene Explanation: Homicide scene is another option (as fit the case) "The court noted that the defendant, who had been provided crime scene photographs of the apartment in question and had lived in the apartment in the past, made only a “speculative showing” that did not meet his “necessary prima facie burden of showing that **inspection of the crime scene** would yield relevant material evidence, not already provided, necessary for the preparation of the defense case.” https://law.lclark.edu/live/files/21753-defense-access-to-vi... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 19 days (2020-12-14 23:43:13 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Thanks to Toni sharing this reference: http://criminalistica.mp.gob.ve/glosario-fotografia/ "Fijación Fotográfica: Consiste en ****fotografiar toda evidencia**** que guarde relación con cualquier hecho punible, esto con la finalidad de dejar constancia de su existencia, posición en el ****sitio de suceso****." |

Reference: Fijación fotográfica del sitio Reference information: I found this official definition by the Ministerio Público (Public Prosecutor´s Office) of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, but unluckily I was unable to find the corresponding translation in the English glossary available on the same site. The query term is clearly related to (a collection of) photographic evidence taken on the site or location where the crime was committed. (Sorry, it´s just impossible to copy and paste the whole link) criminalistica.mp.gob.ve/en/basic-glossary/ República Bolivariana de Venezuela Criminalística Ministerio Público Glosario Fotografía (…) Fijación Fotográfica: Consiste en fotografiar toda evidencia que guarde relación con cualquier hecho punible, esto con la finalidad de dejar constancia de su existencia, posición en el sitio de suceso.
