the case in the court record

Explanation:
autos: court record, record of the proceedings
pleito: case, suit, lawsuit
Dic. Jurídico Alcaraz Varó
Una idea: In the Court's view, a summary ruling on the case in the court record was not admissible, since material facts could be at issue.

agree  Adrian MM.: court record also in West for the plural, but we need to know the country this is from and why the case 'in suit' is on court record: going up on appeal or one case forward as a 'carriage of a class action'.

neutral  AllegroTrans: Reading the asker's sentence it says the Court did not adjudicate summarily; "in the court record" doesn't really work
1 hr

neutral  philgoddard: This is the literal translation, but I don't believe it works here. It just means "before the court".
