Pre-cooked bread/Fresh-baked bread Explanation: In Spain at least, a lot of bakeries now have an oven to bake precooked bread, while in the obrador, bread is made following the traditional way. I'm not sure how you can explain that in English, but this is the difference in Spain. Hope it helps. |
