Context is:
"El 23 de Julio disparo de la SET."

I believe that's what they mean here.

It is strange indeed, but to be honest I don't know how wind farms work.
When I made the comment, I was thinking about an electric power substation.
Anyway, I believe my answer makes sense.

Asker: This is what I understand too, but it is a very strange way of expressing it. I would expect that they would specify what tripped. Thanks :)
