Explanation:
It'd be interesting to know where the source text comes from.
"empaque" is the Latin American term we use for "junta".
As an alternative, empaque could also be used to mean O-ring or even lining.
If your text comes with pictures or drawings, you'll be able to figure out what it is they're talking about here.
