Purchase ID Explanation: I believe it refers to a number or code assigned to the purchase/transaction. One option could be "Purchase/transaction ID", but you could even use "number" or "code" if you are sure it's one of those. Reference: Not "ID".... Reference information: Identificador de la compra = Purchase Identifier. Code used to identify the purchase to the issuer and cardholder. Personally, I wouldn't use "ID" as the abbreviation in this context, as ID = identity document.
