Spanish term or phrase: Debe seleccionar recomendaciones en estado \"Pendiente Validar Alta\" o \"Pendiente
"Debe seleccionar recomendaciones en estado "Pendiente Validar Alta" o "Pendiente Validar Cambio"

It's the "pendiente validar alta" part that I can't figure out. "Pending registration change", maybe? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

English translation:..."Pending registration/authorization change"...
Explanation:
"Please select recommendations in the "Pending Registration validation" or "Pending Change validation" status."

"Debe" is very Spanish and if translated as "must"comes across as rather bossy. English prefers "Please..."

The problem with "alta" is its polysemy. It is widely used in Spanish to mean registration/authorization/inscription/subscription... etc. So the problem resides in knowing which one to choose in which situation.
The same goes for its counterpart "baja"; in IT and EDI contexts, I've been using "deregister", but in other scenarios I might prefer something like "cancel".

agree  Andy Watkinson: How about "Validation of registration pending"? I always think of "pending" as coming at the end.
