  -> gracias, en Inglaterra y Australia no se utiliza "penal" (no sé en otras jurisdicciones) más bien, "criminal" pero para este tipo de documento no es necesario, se entiende que o bien lleva un "clear" o una lista de los delitos cometidos. Saludos
