disagree  Daryo: it's not an injunction, and most often it's not the result of any injuction//could YOU substantiate why you are assuming that it was court ordered?

  -> Please substantiate your claim. Nobody should take anybody's word for granted and "injuction" is definitely used in legal agreements in this sense.
