Control of constitutionality and legality Explanation: The Constitutional Court of Serbia has been established in 1963 and designed to protect constitutionality and legality within the framework of the rights and duties prescribed by the Constitution of the Socialistic Republic of Serbia. Since that time, Serbia had 3 Constitutions and in all of them the main activity of the Constitutional Court was abstract normative control of constitutionality and legality. |
