Per tradurre "объект основных средств" come unità, è molto meglio usare la parola "cespite", in quanto "immobilizzazione" ha un significato più ampio e più astratto, mentre "cespite" può indicare proprio un'unità concreta, singola, come, per esempio, un macchinario.
