Japanese term or phrase: Meaning of \"内
I am currently translating a payslip.

I have come across 〝”内” several times in some fields where the amount in Yen is given.

For example "内 12,008,421 円”。

I have also come across ”内” Where the contents of the fields are

”人”、”従人、”内”。

Can anyone please tell me what this ”内” Means?

It is a bit urgent.

English translation:Of which
Explanation:
It means "of which", where "which" refers to the total. For example, there are 40 students in one class, of which 22 are female. Then, it is expressed as クラスは40名、内22名は女子. In your example of 内 12,008,421 円, that amount is a part that constitutes the total. I'm not sure what ”人”、”従人、”内” refers to, but 内 is used when giving a breakdown.

内 is the same as そのなかで. What follows 内 is a part of something larger.
