Gli studi di tossicità a dose ripetuta in GLP sono stati condotti nel ratto Sprague Dawley somministrando SGN-CD228A alla dose di 5, 10 o 15 mg/kg/i.v. (bolus) ((una volta ogni 2 settimane) x 3 cicli) e nella scimmia cynomolgus somministrando il surrogato di SGN-CD228A alla dose di 3 mg/kg/i.v. (bolus) ((una volta ogni 3 settimane) x 2 cicli).
