I tried every dictionary I have access to and could not find μεταχρεώσεις (which I presume you have done too!) so asked a bilingual friend who runs his own business in Athens. He suggested either post allocations or cost allocations after the fact for μεταχρεώσεις here - to be worked into your wider context as most appropriate. Perhaps something such as the relevant cost allocations were not made to the specific items of expenditure after the fact. Just in case it helps. :-)
