I see it this way:The responsibility of the AN is the coordinated building-instruction as incentive for construction achievements through the AG. They are not only constrained as binding (building-)instructions for the supplying and achievement-scope of the AH, no, they are equally co-ordinated (bindingly) with the already achieved (building)-constructions and equipment, as well as the delivery and achievements of all the other partners involved in the completion of the plant (which is subject to the agreement). |
