attempt of an explanation Explanation: The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating the construction job and for including the services provided by the customer. His taks is not only restricted to the binding specifications for the scope of supplies and services of the contractor; he has to ensure that sthg. (I guess the services provided by the contractor) are coordinated with structures already built, with equipment and supplies and services provided by all the other partners who are involved in building the plant that is subject of the agreement |

The AN is responsible for .... Explanation: The AN is resposible for the Bauaufgabe for the Beistellung .... Sie (the B-aufgabe) consists not only out of verbindlichen Bauangaben.., but is also coordinated with the already existing B-werken + Ausr...., as well as for the Liefrng and Leistungen ..... !!!!! -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2008-02-10 20:13:25 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I have so many mails, as if I formulated the sentence!!! I see it this way:The responsibility of the AN is the coordinated building-instruction as incentive for construction achievements through the AG. They are not only constrained as binding (building-)instructions for the supplying and achievement-scope of the AH, no, they are equally co-ordinated (bindingly) with the already achieved (building)-constructions and equipment, as well as the delivery and achievements of all the other partners involved in the completion of the plant (which is subject to the agreement). |
