disagree  Steffen Walter: Doesn't fit the "Ansatzlaborant" context. I suspect that "Ansatz" means "solution", "preparation" or even "formulation" in this case. See, for instance, www.proz.com/kudoz/3758756 and https://www.proz.com/kudoz/4326955
