froment
m bot. pszenica, Triticum L., zob.też blé
(słownik nauk. tech.)

\'froment\' to tylko i wyłącznie pszenica
\'amidon\' to skrobia, czyli zapewne mąka została pozbawiona przynajmniej błonnika (celulozy) i białka (glutenu)
