BU = Business Unit Explanation: Pretty sure this has come up before and ought to be in the archive; it appears to be taken as 'Unité de Business', which is a rather ghastly calque on the EN! -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 10 hrs (2021-04-04 20:31:46 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Quite! Knowing that XXX is actually 562, and seemingly just a code no. rather than, say, an ampunt of money, does make a HUGE difference! |
