Pretty sure this has come up before and ought to be in the archive; it appears to be taken as 'Unité de Business', which is a rather ghastly calque on the EN!

Quite! Knowing that XXX is actually 562, and seemingly just a code no. rather than, say, an ampunt of money, does make a HUGE difference!

neutral  Peter Shortall: Strictly speaking, a calque would be "unité d'affaires", but I agree re "ghastly"! Was this the Q? https://www.proz.com/kudoz/3875456 The asker's final comment was inconclusive, and Elizabeth was unsure herself. But I wouldn't rule anything out!
