Het gaat om een beschrijving van de regels met betrekking tot het berekenen van BTW:

L'article 269-2 du Code Général des Impôts (CGI) précise que la taxe afférente à des livraisons et achats de biens devient exigible lors de la réalisation du fait générateur. Pour les prestations de services, les travaux immobiliers et les travaux à façon, elle est exigible lors de l'encaissement des acomptes, du prix, de la rémunération, ou, sur option, d'après les débits.

'd'après les débits' betekent volgens mij dat de BTW pas in rekening wordt gebracht zodra het factuurbedrag daadwerkelijk bij de leverancier binnen is.
Nu vraag ik me af wat 'sur option' betekent:
betekent dit hier zoiets als 'naar keuze' of 'als deze optie beschikbaar is'?
