Ik ben met name benieuwd wat een 'compte d'affectation spéciale' is. Maar sowieso vind ik de zin lastig. Iemand suggesties? Alvast bedankt!

Explanation:
Het gaat hier om een rekening waarop gelden worden gereserveerd voor een bepaalde bestemming. Gaat dan met name om overheidsgelden die met een bepaalde bestemming worden gereserveerd. Bijzondere bestemmingsrekening is een term die vooral in België wordt gebruikt. Ik zou er toch voor kiezen omdat deze vertaling het beste de inhoud van het Franse begrip weergeeft.
" Les comptes d'affectation spéciale sont une des 6 catégories de comptes spéciaux (anciennement « comptes spéciaux du trésor ») déterminés par la loi du 6 janvier 1948, confirmées sans modification par le décret du 19 juin 1956 puis par l'ordonnance organique du 2 janvier 1959, et enfin par la LOLF de 2001 qui réduit leur nombre à 4 (les comptes d'affectation spéciale, les comptes de commerce, les comptes d'opérations monétaires et les comptes de concours financiers) (...)"
