C. Geschiktheidswaarde.

Onder gelegenheidswaarde of geschiktheidswaarde verstaat men de bijzondere
waarde die het goed ‘voor zijn eigenaar’ heeft, ofwel wegens het nut dat hij eruit
haalt, ofwel wegens het genoegen dat het hem verschaft. Zij bestaat zodra het
goed, geheel of gedeeltelijk, een waarde heeft waarmee de gewone kopers geen
rekening zouden houden. Het betreft een subjectief materieel schade-element.

Deze waarde staat in verband met en vereist bepaalde materiële aanpassingen,
gerieflijkheden en een schikking van de plaatsen die voor de bewoner (en voor
hem alleen) min of meer voordelig zijn. De loutere goede bewoonbaarheid van
het goed is onvoldoende om aanleiding te geven tot deze bijkomende
vergoedingspost.

As you correctly pointed out, I am on KudoZ 24/7, and have been for quite some time. Consequently, I know all too well that one of the dumbest things I could do would be to copy the answer (refs and all) of a KudoZ editor (or whatever your official position is here on the site), 23 minutes after he or she posted it. Actually, I think this would hold up quite well in KudoZ court.

newbies or infrequent fliers but for someone who is on Kudoz 24/7 and who doesn't usually "encounter" this sort of thing, the explanation/excuse really doesn't hold up in court. I could hide my answer but I won't. It was there before your D box entry and before your identical answer + refs, which showed up a full 23 minutes after mine. That's called copycatting and a few other things.

I am not trying to 'fool' anyone. I wrote my discussion box entry before you posted your answer, or in any case, before I saw your answer. I wrote the entry titled 'hmm' right after the question was posted. You then replied. I then Googled a few things and put together my answer. That is, we were both working on our answers (which turned out to be identical) at the same time, and I only noticed you had answered after I clicked send, or enter, or whatever it's called. I think I had the question open in two different tabs, which might explain what happened.

Why would I post an identical answer, with the same refs, 23 minutes after you posted yours ... if I had indeed seen your answer before posting it?

Sounds like something with 'suitability' (or fitness) might do. 'Suitability value', or maybe just 'suitability'.
