A good standing certificate states that a company has been in continuous, unbroken existence since its incorporation and that no action is currently being taken to strike the company off the register and is therefore in 'good standing'. Can additional details be included on the certificate? You can also request that any of the following details are added to the certificate, * Directors names * Secretaries names * Registered office * Issued capital * Shareholders (names, shareholdings) * Company objects Extra information can be requested (e.g. date of birth, nationality etc.) What criteria must the company comply with for a certificate of good standing certificate to be issued?
