The participation of co-exhibitors requires specific registration as well as the relevant confirmation by the organiser. Co-exhibitors are companies which are involved with the stand of an exhibitor in some way, be it by appearing on address or notice boards, exhibits or advertising leaflets. The exhibitor shall pay a basic fee for each co-exhibitor as well as the costs for the bligatory catalogue entry.
The main exhibitor shall be responsible for any co-exhibitors vis-а-vis the organiser. He shall pay the co-exhibitor’s fees for his presence at the stand and the entry in the catalogue and he shall be liable for any consequences and costs caused by the co-exhibitor.
